Plant construction

Construction parts and seals of large dimensions are often needed for this. In Mannheim we are able to produce seals made from elastomere with up to 1500 millimeters in diameter. Together with our manufacturing partner, even up to 2500 millimeters are possible. On our portal-milling machine, we can process plates up to a size of 2000×2000 millimeters.

Often used products in plant construction are, besides seals of all sorts: cover plates, adaptors, thrust washers, pressure rollers, bolts, bushes, damper rings, flanges, guide rings, sleeves, insulators, bearing seats, rollers, assembly aides, profile rings, mouldings, guards and centering rings.
