Where can I get information material about HÄNSSLER?

Brochures, flyers and ISO certificates can be downloaded digitally here. For a printed version please use our contact form. If you have any further questions, our internal sales team will be happy to assist you.

How do I find the way to HÄNSSLER?

Our company is located in Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld (Germany). Travel recommendations as well as the exact address can be found here.

Is there a store sale?

We are exclusively a production company and unfortunately do not have a sales area.

Can I buy from Hänssler as a private person?

The sale is made exclusively to traders.

Can I pick up my goods?

Goods ordered in advance can also be picked up personally in Mannheim on the confirmed delivery date. Please contact our sales department in advance to arrange a pick-up time.

How can I make an inquiry?

You are welcome to send your inquiry to our sales department by mail, by phone or you can use our general contact sheet.

What delivery times should I expect?

The delivery times depend on the desired trade or production goods, the quantity, the availability of the material and the capacity utilization. Our internal sales department will be pleased to inform you about an exact delivery date.

I need technical help with a sealing problem. Where can I go?

For this purpose, please contact our contact persons in the application technology / design department.

Is a personal consultation appointment possible in Mannheim?

We look forward to your visit to our company. For this purpose, please be sure to make an appointment in advance with our internal sales department. This ensures that your personal contact person has sufficient time for you on the desired date.

Can I send (defective) parts/seals to Hänssler to have them manufactured according to my sample?

With pleasure. However, please contact our internal sales department briefly in advance before sending it to us. This will ensure that your shipment reaches the right contact person and can be processed quickly.

How will the goods be shipped?

Basically, we ship by UPS with various optional express options. Particularly large quantities and bulky items can also be shipped by freight forwarding by arrangement. For particularly urgent deliveries, a courier company can also be commissioned.

Are factory tours possible?

Guided tours are available at Hänssler for customers, interested parties, and also school classes and students by arrangement. Please contact us here.
