O-ring measurement made easy!
Our O-ring measuring cone allows quick and easy measurement and identification of O-rings, seals, support rings or the gap dimension for guide rings. The O-ring measuring tower is produced directly by us in Mannheim, Germany. As a manufacturer, specialized in the production of seals and related products, we know what it takes to build the perfect O-ring tower.
Use it by simply push the seal onto the cone until the diameter is reached on which it fits snugly everywhere. The diameter is determined in 1 mm increments.
Why you should use the Oring sizing cone?
Elastic O-rings can often only be measured inaccurately with calipers, as they can easily stretch. This is not the case when measuring with our stable O-ring sizing cone. The O-ring lies exactly against the cone and you can easily read the diameter. The slot width of guide rings and back-up rings can also be easily measured with our measuring cone.

The measuring cone for O-rings is made of POM and is available – as a set or separate – in six diameter ranges:
